OCUK Titan Envy M Evo System Review

Overclockers.co.uk Titan Envy M Evo System Review

As we said in our introduction we can't really compare systems to anything else because they're all so very different. Our most recent system was our attempt to build a gaming rig for under a grand. Naturally there had to be some compromises to hit that price point, so this is a good opportunity to discover if spending the extra to go up from a GTX970 and Intel i5-4690K to the GTX980 and i7-4790K is worth it. Or at least how much extra grunt you can get by doing so.

If you remember when hyper-threading first appeared we wondered how much extra performance can really be squeezed from it, and it's clear that these days the answer is 'a lot'. The Titan Envy M Evo pumps out some incredibly impressive numbers in AIDA64.

Not a bad system if I'm honest, its name fits quite well. That lighting colour though, it's so hue-y and nastey! It's a performer non the least, and as for cooling with Crystal Champers lets make that happen Quote
