Futuremark make a great deal of noise about how PC Mark 8 doesn't take full advantage of seriously fast storage options, and according to our results it doesn't make much difference how much GPU horsepower you have either. 

The really useful, for us anyway, benchmark in PC Mark 8 is the battery life test, which replicates constant use. As you might imagine from such a powerful system the battery life is seriously compromised. We saw an average of 1 hour 31 minutes from full to flat. There is a heavy price to pay for all this horsepower...

Heat and noise, heat and noise, heat and noise... £4000 mmmm what could I do with £4k, uber powerful itx rig with a 24" monitor and a travel bag and still have around £2K left over for a tasty holiday.

Still it's impressive just how much hardware MSI managed to shoehorn into a laptop, I guess the big question is "just how much do you want that epeen".Quote
