The GT72 manages its temperatures well given how much performance is squeezed into that tiny space. It isn't at the cost of deafening noise either. It's perfectly tolerable even under extreme loading. This level of performance does come at a bit of a cost in battery life as it took an average of 2 hours 36 minutes to drain it when gaming. Gentler use will have obvious benefits, but this is a gaming laptop and should be gamed.
