Futuremark’s PCMark benchmarks are great for testing the overall performance of a system. Tests include processor performance, web browsing, spreadsheets and image manipulation to name a few, and the results should indicate how well the system performs.

In these CPU orientated tests the system actually does surprisingly well. Considering the processor itself only has half as many cores as the i3, we were expecting far closer scores. However, since the PCMark tests do test the memory and graphics capabilities to an extent as well, and so it’s a reasonable assumption that it’s the GPU pulling the system up in this case.
