The Input/Output Operations Per Second is a popular test about which manufacturers like to brag. As you can see from the results below there is almost nothing to choose between any of the drives in any of the tests. Indeed they are all almost within test variance tolerance, with just the Sequential Write IOPS on the Viper sticking its head above the parapet.

I bought two Pioneer drives and they're actually Phison which are blue.
