Crucial BX100 1TB SSD Review

Anvil IOPS

IOPS - Input/Output Per Second - is a good indication of real-world performance as it demonstrates how the drive should perform in a variety of scenarios. Sequential might be good for big contiguous files, but most of us haven't got such carefully organised drives and you certainly can't afford the stress a defrag will put on your NAND. The read speed on the BX100 is pretty average, but the write speeds are very good, particularly in small cluster sizes.
