KeySonic Intuition XL

Conclusion

Last month we tested tested a wireless media keyboard by KeySonic, and were impressed with its value for money. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anywhere that sold the KeySonic Intuition XL within the UK, and with no idea of pricing it is difficult to arrive at a complete score. Once we receive recommended pricing from KeySonic the review will be updated accordingly.

The keyboard is very comfortable to use, and build quality is also top notch. And the inclusion of inbuilt USB ports and audio jacks make it even sweeter. If the keyboard manages to retail at around £30 it will be a brilliant buy, but anything more and you’re heading towards ‘gamer territory’ rather than workstations.

All-in-all the only real fault we have for the KeySonic Intuition XL is the coldness in the early morning, but this is a minor short fall that is common amongst all keyboard of this nature – short of fitting it with a mini heater there is nothing that can do about it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue the Intuition XL with any sort of award- with no RRP its hard to make a decision. For that reason we haven’t given it an award, until we can find an RRP.

The Good

+ Very Comfortable
+ Large wrist wrest
+ Well packaged
+ USB and Audio Ports built in

The Mediocre

* Cold in the morning
* Automatically sets itself as default audio card (Only tested in Vista)

The Bad
– No pricing/UK avaliability!
