Cougar Revenger Mouse and Bunker Bungee Review

In our recent review of the Immersa headset we confirmed our long held belief that Cougar are quietly building a reputation as serious players in the peripheral market. Not since Roccat have we seen a new manufacturer come along and just bang out good product after good product.

If mice are your thing, and who isn't always looking for a new mouse that will improve their gaming, then you'll be pleased to note that Cougar have introduced the Revenger to the market. Sporting an impressive Pixart PWM3360 Optical sensor that supports up to 12000 DPI without any acceleration or tricky software interpolation, as well as being equipped with all the requisite features of modern rodents - Omron switches, RGB lighting, On-Board memory, 1000 Hz polling.

It isn't just the mouse that we have up for review today either as Cougar have also supplied us with their Bunker Bungee. Mouse bungees are definitely something which seems like they are too gimmicky until you use them, and then suddenly wonder how you ever managed without them. After all, anything that can give you the impression of zero cable drag you get from a wireless mouse whilst also enabling you to use the 'no charging necessary' wired versions has to be a good thing.
