1440p Screenshot Graphical Comparison
In this first set of screenshots there is very little difference between the graphical settings apart from the shadows and lighting quality, which improves a lot when moving up the graphical settings.
When looking at the player character (Gideon), we can see that the character has no real visual change, with it's textures remaining unchanged and almost identical when moving frame to frame, apart from the when the glowing prism shines it's light on him.
In this next set of screenshots we have a great opportunity to describe the changes in draw distance and textures that this game has, when moving up the graphical settings.
When looking at some close objects and the player we can see that not very much changes, but as we move into the distance and at some of the level geometry we can see that quite a lot has changed. close objects only see minor improvements when moving up the settings, but we can see that distant objects become a lot more detailed as we move up the graphical settings.
When looking at the distant base/spawning area we can see that the textures on the rock face become much more detailed and that the lighting becomes much more complex, but even some closer details are changes here, with many of the rocks gaining much more complex shadowing and geometry in the top left of the screenshots.
