nVidia RTX 2080 and RTX 2080Ti Review

Final Fantasy XV

This is the only benchmark we currently have available that makes full use of the DLSS antialiasing method available to the RTX series of GPUs. This takes the Tensor Cores and utilises their algorithms and calculative capabilities to provide all the image quality splendour of Super Sampling, without any of that nasty performance hit. It's fair to say that it freaking does and then some. In fact offloading parts of the process to the Tensor Cores ends up with a score of higher than that without anti-aliasing at all. Which leaves our gast flabbered.

So at 1440P the 2080 Ti is a 10-20FPS gain over a 1080 Ti, About what I expected to be honest, Definitely not worth 1100 quid though.Quote

Yep. I'm confident I'm going to skip this generation and wait for the next. Quite happy with the 1080 Ti's performance. Besides G-Sync kinda makes those ekstra 20 fps irrelevant anywayQuote
