If I was upgrading from a GTX 1060 I'd want something better than a GTX 1660 Ti. It's not a big enough change IMHO.

More CUDA cores and better performance thanks to Turing's compute changes, but I'd want a larger performance boost if I was upgrading. But that's just me.Quote
