1080p, 1440p and 4K testing at Ultra Settings
We can see here that at ultra setting that this game heavily favours Nvidia, which is unsurprising given that this game makes use of many Nvidia made graphical features and the fact that The Elder Scrolls: Shyrim was known as being very Nvidia friendly when it was first released.
One thing to note here is that AMD has not released a game specific driver for Fallout 4, giving Nvidia an advantage on the driver side, aswell as the fact that this game is made using Nvidia graphical effects.
When looking at the relative performance as Ultra settings we can see that Nvidia has a dominating lead, where at 1080p Nvidia's minimum FPS is higher than AMD's average. The results become more even as the resolution is upped to 4K, but Nvidia still lead here.
