Forza Horizon 4

It is fair to say that the launch of Forza Horizon 4 has been fraught with problems, whether from the risible state of the Microsoft Store when compared to the smoothness of the Epic or Steam options, or the complete breaking of the game with patches that had to be hurriedly hot-fixed. It also does the exact opposite of what you'd hope with HDR. Instead of the intense colours and deep shadows that we saw in the Ubisoft games and the AMD demo, it actually mutes everything like you've de-saturated the image. It's nothing if not a reminder that HDR is still a new technology and there will be some teething problems until the infrastructure is fully in place.
