The Cloud Gate test is similar to the P Score of old in that the CPU can make more of a difference. It’s why we sort our 3D Mark graph by Fire Strike, which is closer to the detail and resolution you’d actually be utilising. When it comes to that, there is almost nothing between the various CPUs, although the i7-5820K continues to sit at the foot of the graph at stock.
