When it comes to our gaming benchmarks we’re always looking for chinks in the armour rather than expecting any massive differences between each setup. After all, these are so GPU limited that motherboards and processors don’t have a large effect.

Any performance gains or losses only appear in the regular Fire Strike test which is run at 1080P. The moment you increase the resolution - and with an 18 core CPU and RTX 2080Ti you'll hardly be running on a 20" display - that difference evaporates.
