ASRock X370 Taichi AM4 Motherboard Review
At the time of our review we only had the 2.2 BIOS to test on. Typically the moment we wrapped up our testing and started to put everything in place for the review ASRock released their 2.3 BIOS. So for the time being these are screenshots of 2.2 and if there is anything major changed between 2.2 and 2.3 then I'm sure Tom will explain in the video. Unquestionably the thing we love most about the BIOS, and indeed the Taichi, is the fact that ASRock have taken the decision to ignore AMDs offset style of overclocking and reverted to the infinitely more sensible and understandable "what you set your voltages to is the voltages we use" form of overclocking. Obviously this means more work on your part to obtain a stable overclock, but it's more involving and rewarding because of it, with much less of the voltage wobbling around that we've seen on other X370s like the Crosshair.
