Although not quite matching up to the Intel single processor performance the 2nd Generation of Ryzen CPUs is clearly a step up from that which we saw with the original Ryzens. Just like we saw in Blender the extra stock and overclocked core speeds bring improvements in the speed at which you can get tasks done. That's with 3D rendering, let's look at video rendering now.

Excellent review, Tom. These CPUs look fantastic. Some reviewers have hit 4.4Ghz, which is the golden number. Silicon Lottery might be selling 4.4Ghz 2700Xs to quite a few OCN members.Quote
