Up Close: Packaging and Contents
The Kelvin T12 shares the same external packaging styling as the other coolers in the Kelvin range. Nice simple graphics and tables are placed on the sides and rear to give the purchaser additional information and detail about the product inside. The box is on the large side for a 120mm rad based unit, and is in fact identical in size to the S24 box
Inside we can see the good old egg box card keeping the contents safe, Look closely and you'll see that the section for the radiator is twice as long as needs be, another indicator that the packaging has been recycled from a larger unit, but don't go taking that as a criticism, as much as we'd love to see a bespoke box, we'd rather have lower prices.
The contents come individually wrapped in bags to keep them safe and sound.
Fractal have included enough AMD and Intel fittings to attach the T12 to pretty much any CPU since Adam was a lad. Full details of compatibility are of course listed in the Technical Specification on page one. Along with instructions for assembly the supplied booklet also informs with regards to optimal radiator placement and has exploded diagrams of major components to satisfy our inner geek.
