Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White and PL360 Flux White Edition CPU Cooler Review

Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White and PL360 Flux White Edition CPU Cooler Review

It’s time to look at Cooler Master’s value-oriented CPU liquid coolers

The last CPU cooler that we reviewed here at OC3D is ASUS’ ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB All-in-One liquid cooler, a product that costs over £400 in the UK and is therefore something that we cannot recommend to anyone who is looking for value for money from their purchase. Following that review, we needed to look at something a little more mainstream and affordable, and thankfully Cooler Master were keen to have us test their new MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White CPU cooler.

This review will be a double event, as we will be testing both Cooler Master’s MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White and their more premium MasterLiquid PL360 Flux White Edition CPU cooler. This allows us to see how Cooler Master’s budget-oriented MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White compares with its higher-end counterpart, and how both AIOs compare with other modern CPU coolers.

Cooler Master’s MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White will be available for £109.99 in the UK, and for that cost Cooler Master will be shipping their new AIO with three ARGB fans, and a water block/pump unit that also features an ARGB illuminated Cooler Master logo. RGB illumination has not been sacrificed to lower the unit cost of Cooler Master’s latest AIO, despite its value-oriented pricing. If this AIO performs well, it could a real bargain!

Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White and PL360 Flux White Edition CPU Cooler Review

Cooler Master’s MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB CPU liquid cooler is a redesigned and improved version of Cooler Master’s existing MasterLiquid L series designs, offering users an expanded radiator surface for enhanced heat dissipation, a new “Gen S dual chamber pump”, an enhanced cold plate design, and a clean minimalistic aesthetic.

Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB Pricing and Specifications

At the time of writing, Cooler Master’s MasterLiquid 360L Core ARGB White CPU cooler is available for £109.99, making the liquid cooler a lot cheaper than many competing units. In a world where three ARGB LED fans can cost £60-100, it is easy to see the value in Cooler Master’s triple-fan MasterLiquid 360L Core AIO CPU liquid cooler, which boasts a three-year warranty and support for all of the latest mainstream CPU sockets (including AM5 and LGA1700).

Cooler Master MasterLiquid PL360 Flux White Edition Pricing and Specifications

The MasterLiquid PL360 Flux from Cooler Master is available for between £160 and £180 at the time of writing, placing it in the higher-end of the CPU cooling spectrum. With this unit users receive higher-end fans than the MasterLiquid 360L Core, and a different pump/block design that features more ARGB illumiated elements. This liquid cooler is clearly more advanced and aesthetically pleasing than the 360L Core, but that comes with more premium pricing.
