ASUS announces their BRT-AC828 router

ASUS announces their BRT-AC828 router, which includes two physical WAN ports for enhanced internet speeds and the option to add an M.2 SSD for Mini-NAS functionality. 
The BRT-AC828 router is designed as an AC2600-class dual-band 802.11ac router with a 4x4 antenna array with can offer Wireless Speeds of up to combined 2534Mb/s and provide home and small business users who require strong wifi performance.

This router can support up to 250 simultaneous wireless connections, allowing this router to offer connectivity that is surplus to the requirements of most small businesses, with the ability to support dual WAN connections to provide an aggregate bandwidth of up to 2Gbps to offer some extremely high internet speeds. 

your second WAN connection can be setup as a backup in case your primary internet source fails, with the option to use a 4G LTE dongle over USB 3.0 as a secondary failsafe in the event of a connection loss. 

Inside this router, ASUS have included an internal SATA M.2 connection, which allows this drive to be upgraded to provide users with a Mini-NAS style backup. This router also supports link aggregation on four LAN ports to provide up to two 2Gbps network links.

This router also incorporates ASUS' AiProtection for real-time network tracking and uses Trend Micro technology to detect malware, viruses and other intrusions before they can reach your network devices.
