Kingston has created the world's first 2TB USB flash drive, which comes with a 5-year warranty and USB 3.1 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) storage speeds. 
 
This new USB Flash drive is the Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate GT and offers storage capacities of up 1TB or 2TB and comes with a durable zinc-alloy metallic casing for enhances protection and shock resistance. 
 
During this flash drive's lifetime, Kingston will offer free technical support for the product, with a warranty that lasts five years, which is much longer than most USB thumb drives.

  • - Warranty: 5-year warranty with free technical support
 
 
Kingston plans on releasing this flash drive sometime in February 2017, though sadly the company did not reveal this drive's pricing. Let's just say we don't expect it to be affordable.
