As part of the company’s Ubisoft Forward showcase, Ubisoft plans to give PC gamers free copies of Watch Dogs 2, giving gamers a great opportunity to immerse themselves within the franchise before the release of Watch Dogs: Legion. 

This free promotion was revealed in the video below, which highlights many of the games which will be present at Ubisoft Forward, which will at 8 PM BST on July 12th. This time translates to 3 PM EDT and 12 PM PDT in the US.

In the video below, we can see that Ubisoft plans to showcase unreleased games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, and Hyper Scape at Ubisoft Forward. Games like Trials Rising and The Crew are also due to be showcased. 

Rumour has it that Ubisoft plans to reveal a new Far Cry game at Ubisoft Forward, a game which is likely to be the next numbered release for the franchise. 

Watch Dogs 2 will likely be free through Ubisoft Uplay service when the game promotion starts. Further details of this promotion will be available during Ubisoft Forward 2020’s livestream.
