Ubisoft releases updated PC system requirements for Watch Dogs: Legion

Watch Dogs Legion is due to release on October 29th, bringing with it support for Ray Tracing, uncapped framerates, multi-monitor setups and other advanced PC features.

Today, Ubisoft has revised Watch Dogs: Legion's PC system requirements, increasing the game's minimum GPU requirements and  4K GPU requirements while altering the game's Ray Tracing requirements.

Now, Ubisoft has listed Nvidia's GTX 970 as Watch Dogs Legion's minimum GPU requirement, replacing the GTX 960. In addition to this, AMD's Radeon VII graphics card has been removed from Watch Dogs Legion's 4K Ultra recommendations. No Radeon graphics card has been selected to replace AMD's Radeon VII.

Watch Dogs Legion's updated system requirements acknowledge the existence of Nvidia's RTX 30 series of graphics cards and had added them where appropriate to their hardware recommendations. 11GB of VRAM is no longer recommended for 4K Ultra gameplay in Watch Dogs Legion, as Nvidia's 10GB RTX 3080 is now a recommended graphics card for that resolution.

Depends if EVGA is ready to send me the hardware and coupon. So unlikely

Anyone else notice how 3070 is specified for RTX 1440p Very High, but for Ultra non-RTX, they're suggesting 3080 / 2080 Ti. Not 3070, the "2080 Ti equivalent".Quote
