At E3, the company only showcased multiplayer content for this title, though at this time it is unknown whether or not this game will have a single-player campaign or the simple ability to play through missions and narrative content solo, in a similar way to The Division and Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

One other alternative could be a single-player campaign that is similar to what is offered by For Honor, which is designed to prepare players for the multiplayer game and offer some narrative content. Ubisoft will be releasing more information on Skull and Bones' single player modes at a later date. Skull and Bones will be releasing on PS4, Xbox One and PC in Autumn 2018.
