The Last of Us Part 1 receives a new PC trailer ahead of launch

The Last of Us Part 1's latest trailer details the game's PC features

Sony has released a new PC trailer for The Last of Us Part 1's soon-to-be released PC version, detailing many of the game's features. The Last of Us Part 1 is coming to PC on March 28th via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and the trailer below has confirmed that the game will feature FidelityFX Super Resolution 2 (FSR 2.2) support, an unlocked framerate, and dedicated speedrun and permadeath modes at launch. Additionally, we can confirm that the game will also support Nvidia's DLSS 2 technology on day-1.

On PC, The Last of Us Part 1 will feature a host of graphical options for PC gamers, including adjustable Texture Quality, Shadows, Reflections, Ambient Occlusion, and more. On PC, The Last of Us will also support 21:9 and 32:9 aspect ratios for users of ultra-wide and super-wide monitors.

Below are The Last of Us Part 1's PC system requirements. Note that The Last of Us Part 1's system requirements call for an AMD RX 6600 XT or an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super for 1080p 60 FPS gameplay at high settings. Remember that The Last of Us Part 1 is a PlayStation 5 title, not a PlayStation 4 title. This is why The Last of Us Part 1's PC system requirements may be higher than you expected.

Here's what you need to run The Last of Us Part 1 on PC

I'll wait until it's cheaper it's an old game.

However a 7900xt not worth the upgrade on a 6800xt or even the 7900xtx. I'm thinking clear some bills wait till next gen see what it brings and then decide, for me it comes down to if newer games in that time start being more demanding as atm I can max everything DXR or not FSR has come a long way looking forward to FSR3 as I expect unlike Nvidia it might well work on older generations and even nvidia cards.Quote
