Saber Interactive Partners with AMD to Collaborate on World War Z PC Version

Saber Interactive has announced that they have partnered with AMD to collaborate on World War Z, a game which is set to release on PC, Xbox One and PS4 sometime in 2019.

As part of this partnership, AMD will be working with Saber Interactive to integrate Ryzen and Radeon gaming technologies into their game, though at this time exact information about this technology remains unavailable. This technology integration could extend to FreeSync 2 HDR support, enhanced multi-core CPU support on PC or the use of an advanced graphical API like Vulkan or DirectX 12 within the game’s proprietary Swarm Engine.

World War Z will feature a co-op campaign which will take players around the world from locations line New York to cities like Moscow and Jerusalem, where survivors will be expected to survive their struggle against the hordes of zombied which inhabit the world. Players will be expected to build defences and stand their ground against their opponents, creating traps, barricades and turrets to protect themselves from the ravenous hordes.

World War Z will release in 2019 for PS4, Xbox One and OC via Steam.
