Mass Effect Andromeda – first 13 minutes the game

Bioware has allowed the first 13-minutes of Mass Effect Andromeda to be released, showcasing a large portion of the game’s opening and some story spoilers.

Those who want to avoid Mass Effect spoilers entirely should not watch this video, though those that want to learn a little more about this game before launch will find this footage interesting.

This new trailer has been delivered in 60FPS, hinting that the console release of the game may be targeting 60FPS instead of 30FPS, which is great news for those that demand a high framerate. That being said Bioware hs not officially announced that the game will support 60FPS gameplay, and could be simply using PC footage of the game for trailers.

Hopefully, Bioware will be clearer about the game’s framerate soon, as to say the least advertising the game as 60FPS in trailers could be seen as false advertising for console users. One other thing to note is that if the game runs at 60FPS on consoles, the game will be easier to run at the game framerate on PC, which would be good news for PC gamers.
