Kingdom: New Lands is available for free on PC

Kingdom: New Lands is now available for free on PC, thanks to the Epic Games Store's latest gaming promotion. The game will be available for free starting today and until June 13th, after which Enter The Gungeon will become available for free.

Kingdom: New Lands is a kingdom-building simulation game where players, the king of a pixel art kingdom, must ride throughout their lands to collect taxes, generate resources, hire soldiers/builders and defend their kingdom from the creatures which stalk the night.

At launch, Kingdom: New Lands was praised for its artwork, gameplay and music, receiving a sequel called Kingdom: Two Crowns in 2018, which offers users expanded content and two-player co-op.

One limitation of the Epic Games Store's free release of Kingdom: New Lands is the fact that the game is not available on Linux, despite the fact that Steam offers the game on Windows, Linux and MacOS. This is due to the Epic Games Store's lack of official support for Linux.

PC gamers can access their free copy of Kingdom: New Lands on the Epic Games Store until June 13th.

I have also seen people argue that it isn't free because you need to make an account...

It is almost as if we are doing a bad thing here by helping people access good free games to try out at the weekends. How dare we. Haha.Quote
