Just Cause 3's Multiplayer mod enters public beta tomorrow

Just Cause 3's Multiplayer mod has been delayed

Just Cause 3's Multiplayer mod has been delayed due to a pending "administrative issue", which may delay the release of the multiplayer beta for the next few days.

This beta was promised to be released on December 20th, but as of yet has not been released to the public. The developers of the mod are currently working around the clock on their current issues, stating that the public multiplayer beta is complete on the technical level.

Below is a statement from Sabastian M, Community manager at Nanos IO, which explains their current issues.

As community manager I would like to deeply apologise for the current ongoing issue. We are working very hard, together with all our partners, to resolve our current issues and to get the mod out as soon as possible. From the technical point of view we are ready and that means as soon as we got all the administrative stuff figured out, we will push out our Beta release. However, this could take minutes, hours or days.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us directly via mail, Discord or on the forums. We all would have liked to rather talk about our successful release today than about this but sometimes things happen which are out of control of anybody: All I can say is that we will be working sleepless on resolving our current issues, together with all of our partners, to make this beta release happen as soon as possible. We will try to be 24/7 in touch with all of you, the whole community, till you can play JC3:MP - promised!

Thank's for all of your understanding,

Below is Nanos Framework's Multiplayer Beta release trailer, showcasing what is possible in Just Cause 3's multiplayer mod.

While it is disappointing to see Just Cause 3's Multiplayer mod unreleased on its promised release date of December 20th, though at this time there is sadly little else to do other than wait for more information to be released by the developers.

Just Cause 3's Nanos Multiplayer mod will hopefully enter public beta within the next few days, allowing players to host their own custom game servers and script their own unique game modes.

You will be able to download Just Cause 3's Multiplayer mod here sometime later this month.

For a mindless wander the JC games are almost impossible to beat. They really are amazing fun to just mess around stealing cars, copters etc. Plus the action is akin to that of an 80s movie with Arnie in.

I've never done a mission in JC2 or JC3 I just play it for mindless fun and exploration. It's the best game of that type out there.

Mission wise it's not a patch on GTAV, but for exploration it's much better IMO. The worlds seem far bigger.

I can't play it on this rig ATM. Not enough RAM and it crashes after repeated warnings. That should be fixed in time for Xmas though hopefully and it flies along now with my new CPU so looking forward to playing it with my mate Gareth

Edit. Oh yeah it's very pretty too. Very, very pretty. Just don't take it anywhere near two GPUs it craps itself.Quote
