Epic Games has now released Fortnite on PC, PS4 and Xbox One as an "Early Access" product, with plans to release a free-to-play version of the game sometime in 2018.

On PC this Early Access version will be available on both Windows PC and Mac through the Epic launcher. This game will range from £34.99 to £119.99, depending on what "exclusive content" you want, though we would not recommend buying the game's premium editions given its "Early Access" status.

Epic Games has also released PC system requirements for this title, though these are expected to change over time as the developer optimise the game for more hardware options. This means that the game should get easier to run over time.

8 GByte RAM
