For the next week, This War of Mine will be available for free on PC

This War of Mine isn’t your average war game. Don’t expect to battle on the frontlines, fight for an army or for any specific cause outside of survival. This war of Mine focuses on the civilian side of war, where players must scavenge to survive while under constant threat from snipers, bombs and other desperate civilians.

Right now, This War of Mine is available for free on PC via the Epic Games Store, offering the game to both Windows and macOS users without charge. Sadly, Linux users won’t be able to play the game via Epic’s Store, at least not natively, as Epic’s Storefront currently lacks support for the operating system.

Until August 2nd, both This War of Mine and Moonlighter will be available for free on the Epic Games Store, after which Ubisoft’s For Honor and Remedy’s Alan Wake will become available for free on PC for a week.

Below are This War of Mine’s official PC system requirements for Windows users.
