EA announces Origin Access Premier - All future EA PC games for free as they release

EA has revealed Origin Access Premier, a new PC-centered subscription service which will deliver gamers new games as they are released. At this time the cost of this new service is unknown, though EA has confirmed that this service will include Anthem, FIFA 19, Battlefield V and Madden (yes, Madden is returning to PC).

This service is remarkably similar to Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass, though the service is PC exclusive. Origin Access Premier will launch later this summer.

This weekend, EA is giving PC gamers free access to Origin Access on PC, a trail which can be redeemed here

Update - EA has confirmed that Origin Access Premier will cost $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year. This service will include the benefits of Origin Access by default.

Peace
Considering the pricing of around 40-60€ for a new game on PC, you can very quickly get some huge discounts by this offer. 2.5 games is all you need and you get more and more games, no matter if you want them or not. So huge win in my eyes, but it seems unlogical to me at such low costs.Quote

Hmmm, I wonder if I get to keep my preorder bonuses if I cancel my BF-V preorder and go with Origin Premier Access :\

For what it is worth, Origin PA is $19.99AUD a month or $129.99 a year here in Australia. The pre-order for BF-V Deluxe is $109.99.Quote

Only worth it if you play a lot of EA games.

But what happens when you get tired of Anthem and Battlefield? Maybe you stop playing for a month and move on to a different series? Then you pay for it still. If you cancelled the service you lose access to the games. It's just a terrible experience..Quote
