Dishonored 2 will have a free trial/demo on April 6th

Bethesda has announced that they will be releasing a free trial/demo for Dishonored 2 on April 6th, giving gamers the chance to play the first three missions of the game for free as either Royal Protector, Corvo Attano or Empress Emily Kaldwin.
This new trial/demo will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace and Steam respectively. Players who decide to purchase the full game will also be able to resume their in-game progress from the trail.

Dishonored 2 is set 15 years after the Lord Regent has been vanquished and the dreaded Rat Plague has passed into history.

An otherworldly usurper has seized Empress Emily Kaldwin’s throne, leaving the fate of the Isles hanging in the balance. As Emily or Corvo, travel beyond the legendary streets of Dunwall to Karnaca, the once-dazzling coastal city that holds the keys to restoring Emily to power.

Armed with the Mark of the Outsider and powerful new abilities, track down your enemies and take back what’s rightfully yours.

Not expecting much performance wise I tried this with my setup, threw everything on ultra and only disabled motion blur... And I came away pleasantly surprised! The FPS is always well over 60 with a max of 120. Silky smooth gameplay! I took the 50% offer on the full game, needless to say.Quote
