This game's gonna look and run better on PC

Former Switch Exclusive DAEMON X MACHINA is coming to PC - System Requirements Revealed

DAEMON X MACHINA's Steam version will support 4K, higher-res textures and framerates up to 200 FPS

DAEMON X MACHINA is coming to PC on Steam on February 13th, and as a former Switch exclusive, PC gamers are curious what kind of upgrades they can expect over the game's handheld counterparts.

XSEED Games (via Games Spark Japan) has confirmed that DAEMON X MACHINA's upcoming PC version will feature selectable framerates which include 30FPS, 60FPS, 120FPS, 144FPS and 200FPS alongside support for 4K resolutions and aspect ratios that are wider than 16:9.

With the Switch version of DAEMON X MACHINA targetting a framerate of 30FPS, PC players can immediately expect DAEMON X MACHINA to run better on PC, with support for 60FPS framerates and higher enabling lower latency controls and smoother action in this fast-paced mech combat game.

XSEED Games has also confirmed that the Steam version of DAEMON X MACHINA will support higher resolution textures than the game's Switch version. Alongside support for higher screen resolutions should allow DAEMON X MACHINA's Steam version to look much better than its Switch counterpart. PC gamers can also expect mouse/keyboard controls and graphical settings for anti-aliasing, texture quality, shadow quality, depth of field and more.

The only downside of DAEMON X MACHINA's PC version is that it won't include the game's licensed DLC for "The Witcher 3", "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion", and "Eureka Seven High Evolution".

On Steam, DAEMON X MACHINA will ship for £49.99, which is very expensive for a Steam game, though pre-ordered copies of the game will sell for a lower price of £39.99. The game's PC system requirements have also been released on Steam, allowing PC gamers to know if their hardware is up to snuff.

Strangely, DAEMON X MACHINA's PC system requirements are a lot higher than what we would normally expect from a Nintendo Switch conversion. This title's PC system requirements are a lot closer on spec to a baseline PlayStation 4 console than they are to Nintendo's handheld hybrid console.

Below are DAEMON X MACHINA's full PC system requirements.
