CORSAIR introduces their unified iCUE software

When Corsair released their first RGB keyboard, our immediate question was why did they need to create a separate app to control system lighting? Surely these RGB features could be added to Corsair Link? Sadly software development isn't that simple, especially as RGB control software became increasingly complex and as Corsair Link gained the ability to control more products.

Now, after many years of development, Corsair has finally unified CUE and LINK into a single product called iCUE, allowing users to control all of their RGB lighting, Corsair peripherals and even look at the detailed analytics and settings for LINK compatible PSUs, memory and coolers. It has never been easier to match the lighting on your H100i with your RGB fans and your K70 keyboard.

With a single click, users of Corsair hardware can match their entire system's lighting, with plenty of dynamic options for colour transitions, multi-layer lighting effects and more. iCUE can also link to external software to define custom lighting adjustments, allowing your system's lighting to match in-game actions. Corsair has partnered with Ubisoft to offer iCUE support within Far Cry 5, delivering a unique RGB gaming experience.

Corsair's iCUE software is available starting today in an "Early Access" form, allowing the app's new functions to be experienced immediately on the release date of Far Cry 5. Expect to see updates to this app in the near future, adding additional polish to the program alongside new features.
