Bethesda teases RAGE 2 reveal

Yesterday, Walmart Canada accidentally listed a long list of soon to be announced games on their online store, a list which includes RAGE 2 from Bethesda.

Since then, Bethesda has stated teasing RAGE 2 like crazy, releasing several images on their official twitter account which showcase a lot of vandalised monuments. Many of these images showcase the numbers 5-14, both on the rocket image below and the picture of Big Ben above (read the time), suggesting that Bethesda will reveal RAGE 2 next Monday.

RAGE was released by id Software back in 2011, with the game receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews at launch, holding a review rating of "very positive" on Steam to this day.

Bethesda's official RAGE Twitter account has also become active, taking Walmart's leaked retail listing and pointing out mistakes in the retailer's presentation, like their use of an incorrect font, a lack of box art, a lack of an age rating and titling the game Rage instead of RAGE. The use of pink paint here also ties these images to Bethesda's other RAGE teasers.

If the information within these leaked images is correct, we can expect a full RAGE 2 reveal on May 14th.

I detest the color pink, and it does inspire rage in me! This might be relevant to my interests!Quote

This is what I like about Bethesda. They don't sit on their IP's just because one game wasn't a massive hit. EA, Activision, Square-Enix, Ubisoft etc. would just kill the franchise if one game didn't meet their financial expectations. And sometimes they'd close the studio that made it. That's what I hate about AAA industry.Quote
