Another free game for PC users

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is going to be free on the Epic Games Store

This Thursday, Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Syndicate will be available for free on PC via the Epic Games Store, standing alongside Faera. This gives PC gamers two free games this week, but until then, both Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Aztez will also be available for free.

While Assassin's Creed Syndicate isn't one of the series' most highly regarded entries, many of the game's early issues have since been addressed through patches and the release of more powerful PC hardware. These factors have ironed out most of the game's bugs and have made 60 FPS gameplay the game's higher graphical settings more accessible.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate places players in London and acts as the first series entry where a female Assassin can act as the game's protagonist. In this case, players control a pair of twin assassins called Jacob and Evie Frye, who both take up the Assassin's centuries-old fight against the Templars.

While Assassin's Creed: Syndicate wasn't well-reviewed at launch, a lot of the game's perceived issues were due to Assassin's Creed's tired formula, something which will be less of a concern for those who haven't played older Assassin's Creed games for a while. That said, modern Assassin's Creed games like Origins and Odyssey do play much better.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey will be available for free on the Epic Games Store on Thursday, February 20th on the Epic Games Store, starting at 4 PM GMT.

Yeah. I know exactly how that is. We just need to figure out how to live without sleep. It's the only way I'll get to play the games I want to play and read the books I want to read.Quote

I wish.

But if you cloned yourself, how can you be sure that your clone will do all your work for you. What if you end up working for him?

We need one of those Clone superpowers where we can split into two and then reform into a single person later and retain both sets of memories of our daily activities. I'd also settle for superspeed with super reactions, like quicksilver.Quote

You would be hindered by the laws of physics in almost all circumstances. And those bypassed... well I guess you would get bored quickly

I remember once having a debate with my physics teacher that the possibility of reading a book at superspeed would be impossible as the papers would be destroyed due to wind resistance and drag while page turning. Given the tensile strength of a piece of paper.

But anyways..

When will they announce the next AC game. I need to buy it and let it sit in my library for the next 2 years untouched

edit* id probably succumb to my clones bullish behaviour and spend the next life time trying to take him out like a spy vs spy movie !Quote
