Custom PlayStation 5 Face Plates are In Production

Love it or hate it, Sony’s PlayStation 5 console is shipping with a Black and White colour scheme, abandoning the all-black tradition of practically all prior PlayStation consoles. 

Thankfully, Sony’s PlayStation 5’s faceplates are easy to remove and replace; allowing users to customise their consoles with aftermarket shells without voiding their system’s warranty. 

PlateStation has the first provider of 3rd party PlayStation 5 shells, allowing gamers to custom face plates which will allow purchasers to customise their consoles which Matte Black, Cherry Red, Chromatic, Indigo Blue and Jungle Camo colour schemes. Better still, these faceplates should ship before the on or before the PlayStation 5’s US release date on November 12th.  

These shells will be available for $39.99/£32 (ex VAT) with free worldwide shipping. These plates can be orders in Standard and Digital Edition forms, allowing these faceplates to support all launch day PlayStation 5 models.

Sony may release official PlayStation 5 faceplates replacements after launch, which may fit their console better than unofficial variants.
