Cooler Master announces MP860 dual-sided RGB mousepad

Cooler Master has been going RGB crazy over the past few months, showcasing a wide range of RGB-related technologies at Computex (Booth Tour here) and other events.

Today, Cooler Master has unveiled their new MP860 gaming surface, the first entry into the company's M800 range, which will soon include their MK850 keyboard and MM830 mouse.

What separate's Cooler Master's MP860 from its competitors is its "dual-sided" design, with one side offering a smooth Aluminium finish while the other low-friction cloth, allowing gamers to choose between the precision delivered by an aluminium surface or the smoothness provided by a fabric top.

Like many of today's premium mousemats, Cooler Master's MP860 offers 19 addressable RGB LEDs, which can be controlled with software to provide a variety of highing options. By default the mousemat delivers static, breathing, colour cycle, wave, stars, marquee and custom lighting options, allowing users to match their mousemat with the remainder of their system or offer different lighting if required. This mousemat receives power from a USB input, shipping with a 1.2m cable length and dimensions of 360 x 260 x 6-10mm.

The MP860 Dual-sided Gaming Mousepad is a functional option that adapts to your gaming situations. The cloth side uses low-friction fabric for fast, speedy mouse action, while the aluminium side gives you high precision and control. Smooth RGB illumination with customizable effects adds personality, and can even be sync'd up to other connected Cooler Master devices.
