You can now play Sony Games on Samsung TVs


Sony has just announced that you can now play Playstation games without owning a Sony device as their Playstation Now streaming service becomes available on select Samsung Smart TVs. 

Right now this is only available in the US and Canada and will allow users to play hundreds of Playstation games on almost any device through media Streaming. This means that you can play Sony playstation games on your smart TV, without a console, lengthy downloads or install  times.

Users of the streaming service will require a Sony PS4 controller, which is not included with your Playstation Now subscription or your Samsung TV.



The Playstation Now service will support Trophies, online multiplayer and even cloud saves when used on a Samsung Smart TV and will cost $45 for 3 months.

All games included in the service is available on the Playstation Now website

Don't see how this is worth even investing R&D in tbh. I doubt it will be a big hit. It's just gonna be a handful of titles and after a couple years finally get couple older AAA games that are worth playing.Quote
