The GTX 1060 3GB is now available to purchase in the UK
The GTX 1060 3GB is now available to purchase within the UK for prices that start at are under £190, making this GPU price competitive with the 4GB RX 480.
Please note that this GPU will not simply be a GTX 1060 GPU with 3GB of GDRR5 memory but a GTX 1060 GPU that also has a decreased GPU core count when compared to the standard 6GB GTX 1060. This means that the GTX 1060 3GB will have around 10% less performance than the GTX 1060 6GB, which is a distinction which will confuse a lot of consumers.
Below are the specifications of the new GTX 1060 3GB, which are more or less identical to the GTX 1060 6GB but with 128 less CUDA cores and 3GB less GDDR5 memory.
