Star Wars: Battlefront DLC plans and Hero Characters

 

Dice has just released a lot of details on the DLC plans for Star Wars: Battlefront and highlighted the abilities and benefits of their Hero Units and has shown off their dedicated modes in a new Developer Diary. 

The Season pass for Star Wars: Battlefront will cost players £39.99 and will give players 4 extra game modes, 4 expansion packs, 16 additional maps and 4 new heroes and villains to play as. All this extra content will be released after the games launch, and right now release dates for this continent has not been released, apart from the fact that it will be sometime in 2016.

At launch there will be 6 hero characters that can be played as in the game, including Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Emperor Palatine and Boba Fett. 

These heroes can be used in the majority of Battlefront’s playmodes and will act as the centerpiece of several of the games unique modes. 

Each of the characters are designed to play very differently, making their playstyle very different from that of a regular soldier, and from any of the other heroes.
