Nvidia release Geforce 390.65 driver with Fortnite Optimisations and Spectre fixes
This is also the first driver to offer support for Nvidia FreeStyle, which allows users to apply post-processing filters to games as they are being played. This feature will enable games to be played through an Instagram-like filter.

Open Issues in Version 390.65 WHQL
As with every released driver, version 390.65 WHQL of the Release 390 driver has open issues and enhancement requests associated with it. This section includes lists of issues that are either not fixed or not implemented in this version. Some problems listed may not have been thoroughly investigated and, in fact, may not be NVIDIA issues. Others may have workaround solutions.
For notebook computers, issues can be system-specific and may not be seen on your particular notebook.

? [SLI][Dirt 4]: There is corruption and flickering in the game with SLI enabled. 
? [NVIDIA TITAN V][G-Sync]: G-Sync displays may go blank when switching between different overclocked memory clocks multiple times. 
? [SLI][GeForce GTX 780 Ti]: There is no display output when connecting the DisplayPort and two DVI monitors. 
? [GeForce TITAN (Kepler-based)]: The OS fails after installing the graphics card on a Threadripper-enabled motherboard. 
? [Pascal GPUs][Gears of War 4]: Blue-screen crash may occur while playing the game. 
? [Kepler GPUs][StarWars Battlefront II]: The system hangs when launching the game in DirectX 12 API mode.
