Inno3D Announce their GTX 960 4GB

Inno3D have announced a 4GB version of their GTX 960, which will make the GPU much more suitable to higher resolution situations.

For all of those asking whether or not this GPU will have a "true" 4GB of VRAM. This GPU will as the GTX 960 has not had any parts of it's GM-206 GPU core disabled. This GPU will be pretty much exactly what it says on the tin, so do not expect much or any performance increase compared to normal GTX 960's apart from it's larger frame buffer.

Right now we do not know when 4GB GTX 960s will hit the market, but expect a 4GB card from most of the major GPU vendors.

Nice, something to look forward to seeing how it performs compared to the 2GB version with the larger memory, as it should help it out in the newer games gain higher scores.Quote
