Hi-Rez makes previous Tribes games free

Hi-Rez has just released a lot of their older titles for free in the form of Digital download, including their PC Tribes games, Earthseige games and even an emulate-able ISO of the PS2 Game Tribes: Arial Assault.

Right now I do not know how active the multiplayer communities are for these titles, but they all have plenty of single player content to try out, so if you are new to these games or simply want to take a trip down memory lane the price of free is pretty difficult to argue with.

Welcome! Join Hi-Rez Studios in celebrating over twenty years of the TRIBES Universe! Below you will find links to download the legacy games in the series. We love these games and hope to let you share the experience of the World's Fastest Shooter.

The downloads for the games are available here

Tribes and Decent both games ruled my rig way back in 96', trying to have a deathmatch with a 56k modem and hoping no one picked up the landline May have to give Tribes another go for old times sake.Quote
