Gigabyte launches their GTX 1070 ITX
Gigabyte has launched their new GTX 1070 ITX variant, which comes with a factory overclock and under 17cm in length. This is a lot of performance to pack in such a small PCB.
This GPU will be using a single fan cooling solutions, which uses a single 90mm fan and three direct contact heatpipes to provide this GPU with adequate cooling while running with a small factory overclock.
This GPU is smaller than Gigabyte's other GTX 1070 variants, coming in with clock speeds that are lower than the GTX 1070 Windforce OC but with higher clock speeds than the GTX 1070 Founders Edition.

The GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC has a very different set of display outputs than the Founders Edition, with the GPU containing dual DVI ports, a single HDMI 2.0 and a single DisplayPort 1.3/1.4.
I find it strange that Gigabyte has decided to replace two DisplayPort connections with a single DVI connection, as this will limit GTX 1070 Mini-ITX OC GPUs users to only a single Nvidia G-Sync display.
The Gigabyte GTX 1070 Mini-ITX OC edition is expected to become available in stores soon.

This is really annoying IMO because basically no one else has a need for a full size DVI port, the few with early 30" monitors from before DisplayPort was a thing can use an active adapter and the rest of us can use passive single-link adapters for older monitors and HDMI. Dual-slot cards could have full ventilation on the second slot while still offering 4-6 monitor outputs if only DVI would go away.Quote
Love it when cards are the same length as the mobos width. Looks clean.Quote
