Gigabyte GTX 1080 XTREME GAMING has been pictured, showing a triple fan cooler which has some significant design changes when compared to its last generation counterparts.

The first major change is the LED illuminated X/Xtreme Gaming logo, which is shown with an Orange glow but may be RGB illuminated. The GPU also has a triple fan cooling design, which has the third fan recessed into the cooler in order to fit 3 large fans on shorter GPU. Right now it looks like this new cooler will occupy more than two PCIe slots inside your case.

This card is thought to use a custom PCB and looks like it will be slightly longer than the GTX 1080 founders edition.

With Gigabyte's older teaser image stating a June announcement, we can be almost certain that we will be able to see this new GPU at Computex, alongside Gigabyte's other Pascal based GPU designs.
