Gainward teases Nvidia Turing Launch - Triple fan custom cooler?

Over on Weibo, as discovered by Reddit user erick98k, a Gainward teaser image has appeared which counts down to Nvidia's "Geforce Gaming Celebration", where an event where the company is expected to officially reveal their upcoming Geforce Turing series of graphics cards and perhaps a new Titan class graphics card.

Nvidia's "Geforce Gaming Celebration" will take place on August 20th, where Nvidia is expected to reveal their RTX/GTX 2080 graphics cards and showcase their planned 4K 120Hz Big Format Gaming Displays (BFGDs) as well as planned Geforce gaming technologies, most notably real-time ray tracing (RTRT).

As far as Gainward's image goes, it is unclear whether or not this image points towards a future triple fan custom Geforce graphics card or the potential for Nvidia to release reference graphics cards with LED illuminated fans, which is something that we have already seen in Nvidia's Star Wars themed GTX Titan Xp graphics cards.
