Forza Horizon 3 recommended PC system requirements announced
Today Microsoft has announced the PC system requirements for Forza Horizon 3, revealing that the game will be DirectX 12 and Windows 10 Aniversary exclusive, meaning that players will need an up to date system to play it.
Sadly Microsoft has not announced any minimum PC system requirements, though for 1080p Mircosoft recommends an Intel i7 Sandy Bridge CPU at 3.8GHz or higher, an AMD R9 290, RX 480, GTX 970 or GTX 1070 GPU and a total of 12GB or system memory.
It has also been announced that players of Halo 5 or Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One will get the M12S Warthog CST as an exclusive vehicle at launch. Sadly this means that most PC players will not be able to access this vehicle.
Microsoft states that the PC version of Forza Horizon 3 will have a large variety of graphical options, giving PC players the opportunity to push their hardware to their limits.
Forza Horizon 3 players will have a tremendous amount of adjustment options when playing on Windows 10. From basic options like full screen, vertical sync, and resolution, to more advanced adjustments like quality settings for motion blur, mirrors, reflection, static and dynamic geometry, we’re giving Windows 10 players the power to play the way they want.
Whether playing on the recommended specs or pushing the hardware limits to deliver the ultimate 4K racing experience, Forza Horizon 3 players will have lots of options for making the most of their experience.
