Batman: Return to Arkham Announced

Batman: Return to Arkham has just been announced, remastering Arkham Asylum and Arkham City in the Unreal Engine 4 for both the PS4 and Xbox One. This will allow console gamers to be able to play all of the Batman Arkham Trilogy on their modern console of choice, without having to deal with any potential backwards compatibility issues.

The remaster will be made by a studio called Virtuos and not Rocksteady themselves, Virtuos being the company who recently remastered Final Fantasy X/X-2 for the PS4. All DLC from the original releases will be included with Batman: Return to Arkham.

Sadly this set of Batman: Arkham remasters will not be releasing on PC but unlike PS4 and Xbox One users, PC gamers are able to play the original releases and can purchase them easily at bargain prices.

Batman: Return to Arkham will be releasing on Xbox One and PS4 on July 26th.
